THIS IS FROM THE GAME FLIGHT SIMULATOR X.
When an aircraft is near departure, people below use some kind of machine to load luggage onto the plane.
Some kind of part of the aircraft is pulled down to make this happen.
i need to know what this part is called.

I’m thinking of making homemade luggage tags with wedding scrapbook paper & embellishments. Its a destination wedding & since I need to provide so many details, I’m sending a letter on nice stationary as well. My fiance thinks the tags & letters are nicely done & its saving lots of $, but wondering if people with think its cheap?

I am traveling from Toronto to Cuba (Varadero) and was wondering how much your luggage bag is allowed to weigh? (without having to pay money for it being over)
And is there a maximum weight for carryons?

Kenny asked:

I have alot of LV luggage and none of it classifies as carry on so it would have to go in the luggage compartment. But first off, I want to make sure that it is handled with care and secondly I want to make sure that no one but myself has access to it because I wouldn’t want someone to leave the airport with my luggage. I’ve never traveled with designer luggage before. Anyone?

As I understand it, just tying a ribbon on your luggage handle or the standard id tag will not do the trick..I have observed some luggage that has some small strips of bright tape, wonder what type of tape it is & where one might obtain. This tape seems to be very durable.

Jamie C asked:

I just completed a trip from Maine to New Mexico. I flew out of Manchester, NH to Newwark and then to Albuquerque. I checked two bags and ended up with one. I am pregnant so the only clothes that I have that fit are maternity clothes and they were all in the lost luggage. I had a few electronic items plus a lot of stuff from a baby shower back home. I don’t understand how the airline manages to lose one bag but not the other. This was with Continental Airlines. My flight arrived in ABQ at 1100 pm. I had to drive 3 1/2 hours to get home so I am not even in ABQ anymore. It is now 7:45 pm the next day and they have not located my luggage. What should I do and how should I do it? I have about 1000-1200 dollars worth of stuff in that suitcase including the suitcase its self. Any advice would be appreciated.

Happy D asked:

Every time I travel, I open my luggage to find that my shampoos, conditioners, hair serums, suntan lotion, etc have spilled out into my luggage. I do pack all this stuff in separate bags, but I can’t avoid them spilling anyway. It’s not so much the cleaning up, but the fact that I lose half my shampoo in the process and have to rebuy everything that spills once I get there. Any tips for stopping this problem?

OK, business travelers, I travel too much to buy cheap luggage. Yet, the thought of subjecting an investment to America’s baggage handlers is distressing. I often have to check my bag and need a GREAT garment bag that carries three to five suits and shirts. I want your opinion on the BEST, MOST DURABLE luggage.
