As many of you know I went out of town (on business) and guess what? They lost my luggage!!! I was irrate. I went to attend and speak at a conference and here I am with nothing but a sweatsuit to wear. I have since calmed down but once I realized that they only want to reimburse me $25.00 my level of irritation began to rise again. Any suggestions? What can I do to be reimburesed for the clothes that I HAD to buy.
