Kelsey! asked:

I’ll be flying to New York this summer for ten days. My father already bought the ticket. I’ve been thinking about my luggage and I don’t think having to have a carry- on will work for me with all of the limitations. Is it too late to be eligible for checked luggage? I really have no idea about this stuff. Do you pay for it, in cash, at the airport? Can someone please explain the procedure?
