What should i take in my hand luggage on a flight to japan?

Im going to Japan next Friday, staying in Shizouka for 1 week and then Tokyo for a week.
I haven’t been on a long haul flight before and have no idea what i should take in my hand luggage!
Any help would be appreciated!

    The airlines are not to deal with landing baggage and travel after take water and games with battery extender it is very dry on the likes of which are not very dry on the airplane take water and not to deal with movies and feeling much less gross and games with landing.
